Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers must contact our customer support team at returns@theavantagestore.com to initiate the return process.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return.
- If the return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If eligible, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued.
In case of a refund, please note that it may take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
