Refund Policy

The AVantage Store is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase made on our online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers must contact our customer support team at returns@theavantagestore.com to initiate the return process.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return.
  • If the return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If eligible, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued.

In case of a refund, please note that it may take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
